In this day and age it’s hard to find a sector that digital doesn’t have a hand in. From mining to photography and everything in between it has a role to play. We particularly love what we do because we help people and companies realise their goals and grow their business. Its not always easy or straight-forward but is definitely always worth it at the end of a project. We love that no project is the same. Each one has its own unique quirks, objectives and needs but that is what keeps the job interesting. It could be a short sprint or on the other hand part of an inter-company collaboration such as an EU Horizon 2020 project. Either way it is important to be consistently and consciously growing. That is something we have taken to heart here at MOR.
Ireland loves digital. There seems to be fewer places in the world where the digital economy is thriving in more right now than Ireland. We are the worlds second biggest exporter of computer and IT services in the world with a young and extremely talented workforce. The Irish government has created a climate in which tech companies flourish with various incentives with 79% of Tech companies in Ireland saying that access to capital to grow and develop is good. Ireland is also home to the world's biggest venture capital fund paving the way for Irish tech start-ups. All this is evident by the sheer number of tech companies both legacy companies (such as Intel, Microsoft and Google) and the new kids on the block that are arriving weekly at this stage! Digital has grown so much in the last 20 years that we cannot wait to see what the next 20 years will bring.
