The Challenge
This project involved:
- a complete redesign of the site
- a mobile first approach
- a modern easy to use Content Management System
- incorporation of a new Support Chat widget
Process
The project began with a kickoff meeting to establish requirements, particularly to clarify the target audience. Once this was in place, we completed persona studies, researched and planned user journeys for each profile, ensuring great User Experience for all visitors.
A comprehensive and inclusive design process began, followed by the platform build. The interface needed to exude professionalism and quality while aiding the journey for key users. A key component of the design was the creation of custom photography. Meticulous planning was done to ensure that the 1 day photoshoot went smoothly and captured the content we required for the site.
Since launch we have engaged with AVIS Fleet Solutions on an email marketing campaign to promote the site and provide training on the Mailchimp platform.
